Item not related to what’s pictured on the website(no Philips logo, cheap plastic construction, poor video quality. Device recognized the SD card and the thumb drive for picture display, however it totally failed to record video since the video programmer/remote would not recognize either drive. Return process was painful, with $ 30 net loss(I was stupid enough to request expedited shipping). Since the item was defective, the merchant should pay the shipping, too. I will never buy anything from these merchants.

I purchased a software product from Spy Tech which did not work as advertised. I was unable to return the product due to their return policy. I would have settled for a store credit instead of paying over $ 156, for a product that was useless to me. After contacting the store via email and over the phone, I was told to call the manufacturer of which wouldn’t reimburse me for the purchase either had I returned it to them. Completely dissatisfied with Spy Tec’s return policy and false advertisement of products.

I bought some products in person at the New York City office. I left and went home(out of state). One of the products they sold me had a problem. They glasses frame cracked. I called and they gave me an «RMA» number to return it. I did so. They then claimed I did not return the product. Stupid me, I lost the postal receipt. MY mistake. BUT, you would think they would have a record of my conversation when I called to return my product. They did NOT! Buyer beware. Products may be OK but service stinks! They do not do what they say they will do and«lose» your customer info.

great place for cheap spycams — every other place in the city will rip u off
