I had a wonderful Brazilian waxing experience with Juliana. She was aware of what she she was doing, very nice, gentle, and made sure I was 100% comfortable the whole entire time. I will be recommending Juliana to all my gal’s!
Spa Florence is very welcoming and makes you fully aware of their policies before and upon arrival! Will be back.

The girls at this salon were incredibly sweet and it is a great atmosphere. I had Juliana for eyelash extensions and am very happy with them. Highly recommend!

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and calming with yummy infused water and chocolates on arrival. I had my lashes done and she did a great job, i love them! Highly recommend.

I’ve been in this spa salon in Soho about week ago. The gorgeous lady who’s name is Jess Did eye-​lash extension for me. I want to thank all of them for the great service. I do lash extension for a long time. But this time it was completely different experience. I’m in love with my lashes now! Definitely will be back! Thank you!

Who is giving this place 4 stars? Friends and family ?? I purchased a Groupon and tried to set an appointment. The receptionist demanded a give a credit card after i told her I had a Groupon. Why Would I give out my cc over the phone for something I have already paid for ?? Ridiculous. Groupon better give my money back and I hope they get suspended for doing this. You don’t sell vouchers and then ask for more $. Complete bs.

WHAT I CAME IN FOR: I came in ¹²⁄₂₆ at 4:00 p.m. to do my eyelashes and eyebrows. I told the woman over the phone I was going to purchase a Groupon for the «up to 70 lashes» service but she informed me not to purchase the Groupon and that Spa Florence will honor the price which was $ 39.00 for eyelashes.
EXPERIENCE: I told the front desk lady and my technician this was the first time I was getting my eyelashes done. The technicians name was Amali, Nola, Nor, Nali (?). She told me she was Moroccan. Anyways, my technician did not –
A) Inform me that you are not to wet your lashes for 24 hours after getting them done.
B) Ask me about my makeup routine.
C) Tell me what she will be doing for my eyelashes.
D) She never used a squishy pad for under my eyes. She used tape (yes, tape) for my under eyelids.
E) Tell me how to take care of my eyelashes.
F) Give me any brushes to care for my lashes
After all this my eyelashes came out looking A) SPARSE and B) AFTER LESS THAN 24 HOURS THREE (YES, THREE!!!) EYELASHES STARTED FALLING OUT. ON TOP OF THAT my TECHNICIAN picked up a call from her niece while she was doing my lashes. They were talking about how much it would cost the niece to get a new phone.
My total purchase came out to be $ 39.00 for Eyelashes + $ 20 Eyebrows + $ 10 Tip = $ 69 TOTAL for A) sparse lashes, B) not being informed what was being done to me in terms of lashes, and C) phone calls from family members in the middle of your service.
The next day the receptionist at Spa Florence rescheduled a new appointment for me to get my lashes fixed at their sister spa called Red & White Spa. You can read my review for them down below.

My best friend and I got a couples massage gift certificate, as soon as we entered the spa the décor was breath taking, the wall paper was gorgeous. The staff offered us some flavored water it was very refreshing for me and my friend. We had Julianna and Nour do our massages, I had Nour and she was amazing. Perfect soft hands she melted my knots away. We were both very happy with our service and the attention we received. We will definitely be coming back!!!

I don’t usually do reviews… However I had to come and tell everyone how wonderful my experience as Spa Florence was. The receptionist was attentive and courteous, offering me champagne and treats. The green tea was to die for. Now the actually treatment, my facial: WONDERFUL Natasha was amazing. I literally fell asleep I was so relaxed. Worth every penny !

A very cute, small spa in the heart of Soho with reasonable prices.
Bought a groupon for $ 99 for 2 massages, originally at $ 120 for one massage. We arrived early and they allowed us to sit in their small waiting room with various flavored water and cookies for the taking.
Our massages were both excellent, catering to our needs and requests that they asked us about prior to the massage. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing massage setting. Definitely recommend this place for a spa day!

Giving this place 3 stars because my massage was great but the overall experience mediocre. The receptionist was sweet and with good intentions but not the most professional. The client before me too had an average experience and the receptionist kept apologizing for her own mistakes — she apparently forgot the entire interaction from one hour earlier.
My biggest problem was the noise coming from the hallway. Between the girls and their noisy boots/​heels walking, the constant talking/​giggling/​laughing, things falling and slamming i found it very difficult to relax. My masseuse even turned the music up for me and went into the hallway twice to ask them be quiet down and even then they didn’t!
My advice: have all the girls wear sneakers or flats and provide them with a break area where to socialize so that it doesn’t happen directly outside of the door where massages are happening.
Very disappointed because I live just next door and was looking for a new spa. Bummer but I’ll likely not be going back.

I give my full, 100% stamp of approval and recommendation to this place.
Bought a voucher off Groupon for about 53% off 90 silk lashes per eye. Booked my appointment well in advance (they were super nice on the phone). Arrived a few minutes early, was guided to the bathroom to make sure I removed all my makeup even better so my eyes were literally super clean. Once that was done, I had a consultation with my eyelash technician, Nour, who talked to me about the basics: what’s your everyday makeup look, how many coats of mascara, do you curl your eyelashes, do you wear eyeliner, etc. I am a girl who wears full make-​up most of the time, and rarely leave the house without my lashes curled with 2 coats of mascara. so they set me up with a thick, long lash trio (10,11,12). As for shape (round or cat eye), I went with cat eye. She also insisted I get my eyebrows done and since they were looking run down I was more than happy too.
I was then led into the spa room– super quiet, very clean, calming, smelled good, music waiting… I laid down on a lavender bed/​table thing, she covered me a little with a white blanket and had me rest my head and close my eyes. She put a cooling, squishy pad under both eyes, then there was some taping around the eyes, and then she started doing the lashes (I guess??? I couldn’t feel anything, lol). Within minutes, I fell asleep and was out for pretty much the entire time (about an hour). Such a relaxing experience!
She gently removed the tape and cooling pad from my face, and then helped me sit up. Showed me the lashes in the mirror and VOILA! Literally… amazing. So so so nice.
Once I had gathered my things, I walked to the front desk where I was given a packet of coupons, care tips, an eyelash brush, and some recommendation cards for friends (which I’ve since already given away).
The after: I had these lashes for my birthday as well as a wedding. For me, they lasted 3 weeks (after 3 weeks, they got a little too spaced out/​random so I just slowly but surely picked or rubbed them off, lol) and no, they didn’t rip my eyelashes out or break my eyelashes or anything.
I will definitely be going back here! Such an amazing experience.

Definitely a fan of Natasha! She is such a great facialist. I have been coming to this establishment since it was called «Erbe». I look forward to seeing what positive changes the new owners make.

My experience here was okay, but unfortunate, if that makes any sense. The receptionist was very accommodating with getting me an appointment and was overall very nice, she is such a lovely girl. The spa itself is ancient looking and looks like it’s having an identity crisis. The one thing that really irritated me with the entire experience was the back area where you get your lashes put on seemed dirty. The technician putting on my lashes was nice, but the other technician kept coming over while I was getting my lashes put on and they kept speaking to each other in Russian which was super annoying. Isn’t this supposed to be a relaxing experience?
Furthermore, I ended up getting some sort of eye infection. When I finally opened my eyes after an hour, they were painfully red, and no one seemed to care that they looked like that, so I thought it was normal. Fast forward to the next day, I could barely open my left eye and they were still both very red.
I do have sensitive eyes and wear contacts, but my doctor told me I got glue in my eye hence the pain. I don’t think it was particularly the technician’s fault, but I guess it happens? My luck.
I did call the salon and told them what happened and they said I could go back and get the lashes removed. never made it though as I was leaving town the next day.
Nevertheless, I guess I just had an unlucky experience, but please don’t have your technicians speaking to each other while putting on lashes, unprofessional.
EDIT: The owner reached out to me willing to resolve the issue. Like I mentioned not a terrible place to get lashes on, I just happened to have an unfortunate experience, I’ll stick to my natural lashes.
EDIT #2: Over the weekend I got eyelash extensions at another establishment in midtown and I did not have a reaction nor did the technician get glue in my eyes. I thought it was due to the sensitivity with my eyes, but turns out it was just the horrible technician at Spa Florence.
