Sound Rentals NYC

Freddie showed up and did a great job setting up the sound system for us. We got «Package A» for a fundraiser summer soirée we threw in Manhattan. Speakers were set up in the house and they were flexible with the package — offering us wireless mics and an extra microphone for the 2^nd floor.
Only reason why 4 instead of 5 stars, is because they were late to set-​up (due to car emergency). Still showed up right before the event started, so it all worked out. Plus Freddie was very apologetic and helped us out to make things happen.
So overall, great experience. I’ll use them again for all future events. I highly recommend since it’s packaged and they were great about accommodating very last minute. Not worrying about set-​up and delivery is also a plus!

Freddy did a great job for our wedding. Showed up early. Set up everything. Checked sound. Then left and returned at end of event as planned to break down and pack up. A true professional.

I was producing a standup comedy show and found out last minute that I needed speakers and a microphone (the venue didn’t have them). I called around to a bunch of different places and Sound Rentals NYC was the cheapest.
I was a little skeptical at first, because generally when you pay less, you get less, but Freddy and his sound tech, Herman, were awesome. These guys were punctual, everything worked perfectly, and it couldn’t have been easier. They came early, set everything up, tested it, and were waiting to pack it all up and bring it back as soon as the show was done. I honestly just joined Unilocal because I felt compelled to recommend them after the great job they did.
