I ordered a couple of futon covers and the home page said free shipping on orders over $ 99.00 and while shopping there was a coupon code for free no slip pad with each futon cover I ordered. When I got to check out I put in the code NOSL for the free no slip pad. The order total was $ 144.00. When I checked out I was charged and additional $ 16.00 for shipping. I got on chat and was told only one coupon code was accepted for each order. THIS IS THE CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. When I cancelled my order and said I would Unilocal… I was threatened… the classic bait and switch looks like this: «It clearly says you can only apply 1 coupon per order at checkout.» That’s right… at CHECKOUT… and to further ad insult to injury they said: «It’s illegal to slander and make threats.» The threat was referred to me Unilocaling!!! I would not trust this company with anything to do with customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with my custom sofa cushion (s) cover! The entire experience was positive; I highly recommend this business!
