Let us count the ways that this sleepy’s location sucks. Delivery scheduled to happen on a Wednesday for a pillow, box spring and mattress — I rush home to get said delivery only to be met by a deliveryman with just a pillow! Not only was it a fraction of my actual order but it was THEWRONG pillow! I had to call and speak to a manager at the main sleepy’s line to have them reschedule my delivery which meant another day home from work dealing with this and a two day delay in my ability to move in(sleepy’s has no deliveries in Thursday). So when I did get the correct order, this sleepy’s made me come to their location which was now on the other side of the city from my new place, in order to pick up the correct pillow and turn in the incorrect delivery after having told them that I slept on the pillow. Gross! So beware, service sucks and you may be sleeping on a used pillow.

Had a great experience with Moncef. Ask for him, he was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy the mattress today but was worried about buying it a week before Black Friday sales. He assured me that if the price online comes down for Black Friday they will refund me the difference.

Do not go to Sleepy’s. Came here to exchange our box spring after being told there was a 90 day return policy. We were told there was only a 21 day return policy and even though we ordered the mattress seven days before delivery, we were told the clock starts at purchase. After a bit of wrangling, we were able to exchange the box spring for two pillows and a set of white sheets. The next day the truck arrived to remove the box and they had only one pillow and blue sheets. I had to drive to another Sleepys in Queens to exchange the sheets for another pillow. Their return policy is a blatant lie. Be warned.

Went in to ask questions about cheap rolling metal bed frames and ended up with a great(inexpensive!) wooden frame instead. Great service, Jonathan answered all of my questions and never once did I feel pressured to purchase today. Receptive to my needs and graciously checked, rechecked and researched prices on all frames I was looking at. Great experience. Looking forward to my new bed!
