Don’t use this app if you need reliable service. There is no way to reach anyone if your shipment doesn’t get picked up. Tracking does’t work on the app. I’ve used it before with good results. But I’m in a crunch now, and messenger is one hour overdue. The tracking isn’t working, and there is no customer service phone number that works. I don’t recommend this service if your shipment is important /​time sensitive.

Shipster has become my lifesaver both at work and for personal use. Working at a financial firm we constantly have documents coming in and out and shipster provides fast seamless service. No more waiting for hours for messenger services, they come quickly and I can track where they are at all in the app and get alerted once they are delivered.
On the personal side, I no longer have to worry about sending those wrong sizes back or waiting in line on my lunch, shipster comes and picks them up and drops it off for me! It is definitely the kind of service designated for busy New Yorkers. Messengers are always friendly, price is on point and service is fast! It’s an app I’ll always keep on rotation!

I don’t know what I would do without Shipster. They are reliable, speedy, careful, and amazing. I always know that whatever I am shipping or messengering gets there in one piece and on time. They are a lifesaver — not to mention the costumer service is unbeatable and their services don’t break the bank. During the holidays they made my life 10x better and easier.
What they ship has no limits (within reason). I trusted the delivery guys through past experiences so much that they helped me get my dog from my old apartment to my new apartment while i was moving. They even took photos the whole way down from the UES to my new digs to make sure all was well.
Additionally, I had to get a package from SF to NYC and they made it happen over night in a bind. I mean — you really cannot beat them.
Would recommend SHIPSTER to everyone. Even the founders of the app are so committed to costumer service they sometimes make deliveries and pick ups themselves.
