Joe and his team have done two complete apartments for us over the last couple of years. His attention to detail combined with their ability to work with the other contractors that we had working made for two jobs that were nothing short of outstanding! Joe Scerri and his team are real professionals. The quality of their work is top notch and they are fantastic to work with, to boot. On time, courteous, knowledgeable and honest.

Last year I renovated my home and had a very difficult time finding an installer who could match my existing floors while making the transaction from a traditional wood sub base too a cement slab. The owner Joe had no problem with the condition and did an excellent job on the installation of the new flooring as well as refinishing the existing floors.
I was so pleased with his work that I had him install 6,000 Sq ft of new flooring at my restaurant. although we had a very tight schedule, his (eclectic group of professional employees) did an amazing job.
Joe’s years of experience and uncompromising dedication to quality has made me a life long customer and I highly recommend his company.

If you are doing a mid to small size job I would look elsewhere. On day one workers did not show up until the afternoon forcing me to sit and waste a day waiting. During the job they left garbage (torn up flooring) in the apartment and did not cart away until after repeated complaints responding throughout with feeble excuses. Getting a hold of Joe was difficult at best. Joe switched workers the middle of the job; workers confided he had larger Park ave jobs going. Also the job, flooring in a small bedroom, was promised to be completed in a week and took two.
In the end the final result was adequate.
