I typically don’t wear perfume. After spending some time with Sue, not only did I purchase a fragrance that was made exactly for me, I learned so much about the process of choosing the right scent. Plus, my husband loved it!

Sue Phillips has created a such a lovely, cozy environment in her studio that any guest will be comfortable while being guided by Sue through the Scentarium experience. It’s an iinteractive and fun way to learn a lot about fragrance and, more importantly, what particular types of fragrances speak to you. The opportunity to blend those elements into a bespoke fragrance that’s perfect just for you is priceless! I was lucky enough to do just that this past weekend with Sue and I can’t recommend it enough.

My family and I recently had a private session at Scenterprises. It was an awesome experience creating our very own fragrances. Sue Phillips was very informative and gave us a complete history on fragrances before we began creating our custom blend of perfume.
We had been several trips and cruises over the summer, but Ms. Phillips made our trip the most memorable one. My son, who is 8 years old was so astounded of what he helped to create. He returned to school telling everyone about his experience with Ms. Phillips and did not mention any of his other vacations.
We will definitely come back for another pleasurable experience!

Sue is so kind, welcoming and informative! I’ve never put much thought into the types of fragrances I choose to wear. In the past, I just wore what friends and family gave me as gifts, but after taking Sue’s custom quiz, I realize there’s so much more to selecting a perfect scent.
Located in a lovely TriBeCa studio, The Scentarium provides the perfect atmosphere for fragrance lovers as well as those who are completely new to the perfume game. Sue creates an entire experience, allowing each client to sample her handcrafted scents from around the world before creating a custom bottle before their very eyes.
There was nothing intimidating about the experience, and I’m floored by how much I love my scent. You also get to name your fragrance, which is a fun touch. I’ll be wearing «Set Me Free» until my bottle runs out, after which I might have to go get some more from Sue! I brought it to dinner to show my friends last night and they loved it as well. Definitely check this place out if you’re up for feeling fancy. You deserve it!

I loved my custom fragrance that I made with Sue so much that I purchased a few bottles for gifts for my friends and family. Everyone that I gave it to was thrilled with the gift and loved the scent. It is now their favorite scent!
