A truly fantastic and innovative business idea catering to New Yorkers who would rather pay in money than time. SOLD was very responsive to my neurotic questioning about how the process works, where the money goes, and even my insistence on using PayPal as a bit of insurance instead of some other services like QuickPay (despite the amount in question being over his withdrawal limit).
Because of SOLD, I was able to score four Hamilton tickets in row G and J of the orchestra, and pay the Line Dudes and the theatre together less than what tickets would cost on TicketMaster Resale or StubHub.
These guys deserve your trust and your business.

These guys are extremely rude and unprofessional. After failing to agree, within 30 minutes, to PayPal them over $ 200, sight unseen, whoever I was communicating with freaked out. Honestly, such a request seemed extremely sketchy to me. Their unreasonable and truly bizarre reaction confirmed my suspicions.
I would avoid these «olé line dudes» at all costs. Not only do they treat people like dirt, but they also don’t seem completely above board.

Great service. Robert was very professional and they were #4 in line for me. I was able to get exactly what I needed without an issue. Great communication even handed over my card info via the phone because I couldn’t be there! They took a little while to get back to me initially but maybe because they were in high demand for this sale. Highly recommended.

Robert is the founder and the one who usually answers the calls. He is extremely friendly and professional. He’s been able to find last minute line sitters for sometimes long and overbearing line waits. His staff has always been professional and polite. On time, sends confirmation that they arrive, and never flakes.

Warren of SOLD really came through! After a frustrating experience with TaskRabbit trying to find someone to stand in line for me «last minute» to pick up a ticket at UCB Theater, I called SOLD and spoke with Robert. Robert was friendly and professional and explained that SOLD could handle my late-​in-​the-​day request and for a reasonable price. Shortly after we spoke, Robert called to let me know that Warren would be taking care of my time-​sensitive request. Later, Warren called me to let me know that he was in line at the appointed time, which I found very reassuring. Further, at a time when I was not reachable by phone, Warren had to make an unexpected but key «judgement call» on my behalf, and he exercised excellent judgement (really saving the day, so to speak). If I ever need a similar service again, I will definitely call SOLD and request Warren or Robert.

I used them for the Diptyque candle sale which is one of the craziest sale with huge line in New York. I was skeptical at first and was wondering if my guy would show up on time. Well he showed up… EARLY.
They are nice, professional guys. You paypal a deposit and give them cash when you show up to trade the spot.
Don’t want to wait out in the snow in 25 degrees weather, well SOLD will do it for you, and MORE. Being there early for any sale is a MUST since you want all the best stuff. Give them a chance, you will be very happy with the result.
The best part about this, they are affordable. I will use them for SNL or maybe when the next iPhone comes out.
