Chef Wong does an amazing job at catering special events. I went to a special event at the Museum of Chinese in America which Saffron catered and the food was excellent. I loved the whole cooked Red Snapper and delicious lo mein noodles as well as the many appetizers passed around during cocktail hour. If you want asian food for your event I highly recommend Saffron 59.

Nearly 5 years later and our friends still rave about the food from our wedding! Irene and her staff worked with us (and our budget) to perfect a buffet menu that combined dishes that represented our Indian and Vietnamese heritages. Outside of the catering aspect, Irene helped us navigate the logistics of party planning in the city, as we were out-​of-​towners attempting to hold a wedding in Brooklyn. Despite the craziness that ensued at our wedding, Irene and her staff calmly and professionally made sure the event ran smoothly. Thank you Irene and Saffron 59 for a memorable event!

We recently worked with Saffron 59 to cater a Golden Globes cocktail party, and were very happy with the turn out. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and very tentative, but the food was delicious! (I highly recommend the pumpkin ravioli!!)
The delicious smells of on site cooking, food display, serving staff and mouth-​watering foods, all made this an easy and stress free catering experience. I really feel as if they went above and beyond and I’m looking forward to working with them again! Thank you Saffron 59.
