Anna did my eyebrows and she did an amazing job!
I have Asian eyebrow hair that grows straight down and no one has been able to just trim and shape the hair. All they ever do is wax them way to thin and it looks stupid. I made sure to take a card and this is where I’ll be going from now on.

Treated myself and my daughter to a facial. Walked into Sa Sa on 120 Mott st and was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The manager, Carol was very warm and courteous.
The place is clean and quiet, and we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. There was never any pressure to purchase products or treatment packages. Our facials were not rushed and we both agreed we felt like we were in good hands, literally. Loved the facial and the warm hospitality of the staff. Thanks to Carol and Joey (for a great facial for my daughter), a real warm and wonderful staff.
Highly recommended, treat yourself to a good pampering. Will be back.

Cheap ingredients used for facials such as drug store bought witch hazel and rubbing alcohol! They have no compassion. Told me there is something wrong with my skin and basically how horrible I look hoping I will buy their products. Sure, every place does this but they over did it. Also, the woman at the desk is a bit rude. Warning: The staff is nice only if they can influence you to spend. And not all technicians are as skilled. Some left my face all red.

There are maybe a zillion Sa Sas in New York, let alone Manhattan Chinatown. I prefer this Sa Sa over all the others (ive been to 4 total).
Why? because they actually give a crap about me in this one and see me as a person! I am more than just a dollar sign! finally, validation!
My favorite girl is Jessica. She is a great sales woman and knows her customer service. Her Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are all stellar. Her buttery soft hands gliding over my face feels divine. Her attention to details and her willingness to address my small complaints of my skin to give me extra care and attention is priceless. Massage me, girl!
And don’t forget to tip!
