Wow– I am not a runner but ended up seeing The Running Doc. After months of fighting plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my own I was recommended to coming here. I couldn’t have been more thrilled. In 4 days I was pretty much back to myself. The office was wonderful and very professional. I would absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Maharam.

Dr. Lewis Maharam is an amazing physician. He takes time to discuss all issues facing the patient and is thoughtful in his diagnosis and course of action for treatment. I went in with a Morton’s Neuroma and he was spot on with the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Maharam for all sports related injuries!

I first had Dr Maharam as my doctor about 15 years ago when I was in middle school. He quickly diagnosed me with a small stress fracture in my shin and, after a short time off my feet was back to running cross country.
Years later– I developed anterior knee pain and returned to my friendly neighborhood sports doctor. He has a new office now, all his and it looks great. Decorated with photos of celebrity athletes, decorations of his storied career — you almost wish you were waiting longer so there would be more time to look around.
The doctor? He got me back on feet in no time at all. My strongest recommendation.
