Worst customer service ever ! The clerk won’t even bother to get up and provide assistance to the clients, the merchandise is filthy also this store could use a clean up too so disappointed

Love this place, been a customer since it opened. Good selection for the size of the location, good prices && the owner is very welcoming– a sweetheart really.

Roy’s Wine & Liquors is a newly opened neighborhood shop with a small, but growing wine selection. Most of the wines here are reasonably priced in the under $ 10 or, under $ 20 range, which is good for this neighborhood. This shop has only been open about two months, and I’ve only been there a few times, so I expect that many things will change over the upcoming months. But as of now, Roy’s is pretty dependable if you’re looking for a basic weeknight wine at a reasonable price. A lot of what is on the shelves is pretty much what you will find in other stores in the neighborhood, that being, your standard Yellow Tail and other Australian wines, or other reasonably priced South American and Californian wines. So I would say not bad, if you just want to pick up a quick bottle of wine before heading upstairs for dinner. The staff at Roy’s is really friendly, in fact friendlier than you’ll find at other neighborhood stores in the area. The people here are always eager to help and will make suggestions if you can’t decide what you want.
I see a bright future for this friendly shop and I’d encourage other wine lovers in the neighborhood to frequent this place and make suggestions of wines to carry. I also like their location, right next to Londel’s Restaurant. So for now, I will be giving Roy’s three stars, but I’m almost certain that over the next year with Roy’s eagerness and the help of regular customers, I will easily be giving this place four stars.
