Rosario’s Dry Cleaners & Tailor Shop

I will never return to Rosario’s again. I took some shirts for ironing, and a few items for dry cleaning. ($ 30 total). I expressed that most of the items didn’t have a time I needed them back by, but for a pair of pants and a shirt, I needed them by that Saturday. First the manager man says 3 pm on Saturday and I said 1 pm, so he said, «Okay, 1.» He made a separate ticket for these items and I went on my way. When I went down to retrieve them on Saturday around 2, the items were not going to be ready until 6 pm and were at a different location.
When I went it to pick up my items again, he gave me major attitude that I didn’t have my tickets and I expressed my concern about the not done items. He said, «Well they are ready now.» So I have returned to Rosario’s a fourth time to find that he is unapologetic, at all, about the items having been late and the credit card machine was down (at least he said it was) so I had to pay cash, when the person ahead of me paid with a card.
Go anywhere else.

Does anyone know if they are still open? The phone number is disconected, I have stopped by a few times during business hours and they’re closed! He has a custom suit I have paid for!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received regarding my clothes.
I brought in some coats, suits and tops (I was in the throws of an intensive late summer cleaning) that were gingerly abused (what can I say, its been a busy year) and they brought everything back to life.

They take credit cards (yay!)
