The staff are very friendly and they just re did the whole office and looks really nice and kind of a home feel to it. I never really have to wait more then just a few minutes to see him. They also office regular psychotherapy and do blood work as well. Overall I enjoy coming to see him, he definitely has helped me overcome certain obstacles. The doctor also knows his stuff has written 3 well known books on Bi Polar Disorder and a few other medical books.

In an unfortunate search for a new psychiatrist, I booked an appointment with Dr. Fieve on ZocDoc. I have since requested that ZocDoc remove him from their website completely because his office is run by sociopaths. DO NOT book an appointment to see him unless you are prepared to pay a $ 300 rescheduling fee taken directly out of your checking account — this wasn’t even a last minute cancellation, just a reschedule with one of the nurse practitioners. His office is run absolutely terribly, no one has any idea what they are doing including the doctor himself. If you want to feel even more suicidal than you already do, by all means book an appointment and request to speak with the operations manager.

Callous, pompous with little if any concern for his patients. All he wants to do is tell about himself and prescribe Lithium which is barely even used by younger physicians.
