i was skeptical at first but i did my part. I followed up with the landlords and was able to rent within 4 weeks. the truth of the matter is you cant expect a brokers service for $ 140. its pretty straight forward. follow up with the landlord and meet their requirements. that seemed to work for me. i dont give it 5 stars because it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone

The girls where very sweet and professional in the office but after I left hte office im not please with this service. They told me I would recieve listings later that day. Never did. They told me I could sign into there website and find listings. Not there. Ive been emialing them for two days. No reply. I cant call the office becaue its just a recording. Good bye $ 140 dollars. That was fun.

if i could give 0 stars i would. This place is a scam. outrageous priced apartments If it is no fee, why do you charge $ 125 to see these apartments? they have ruined craigslist for nyc apartment hunters. stay away from them!

Rock No Fee utilizes shady business tactics. They use SO MANY fake listings on other websites to lure you to their phone number.
1. You call the phone number it leads to answering machine that informs you the apartment is «no longer available.»
2. You are then informed of their office number where they will invite you to come in.
3.Rock No Fee will charge $ 125 to email you available apartments that are NOT within your budget.
4. You discover many of these landlords listed in the email newsletter use illegal discrimination practices
Not worth it. If you are looking for affordable housing reach out to property management companies that are known to have units like this.
