Residence Inn

I absolutely loved this place, first off, i rented a studio, park view, it was gorgeous. The view of the city was spectacular, you also get free breakfast in the morning, if youre a collage kid trying to impress his gf like i was, then this is the perfect thing to rent for a bday weekend. I enjoyed my stay allot. I will be coming back.

First & foremost I have to say that the staff were amazing! Every single person we came in contact with was super friendly & helpful! Edwin was so sweet. We had mentioned that we were there for our 1 year anniversary & on the day of our anniversary he himself brought up a platter of fruit & cheese along with a small bottle of wine. What a nice personal touch that was & so thoughtful! The room was beautiful with a great view of Times Square. We were on the 56^th floor so we got a great view of the Hudson as well.
The few things they need help with are the rough noisy sheets. You cannot open the fridge if the bathroom door is closed. The bathroom door is a slider door & doesn’t give you much privacy because it doesn’t stay closed all the way. I also noticed that the closet door would hit the front door arm when we opened it.
With all that said, I would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect & there are subway stations close to the hotel

This is by far one of the best bang for your buck hotels in NYC. My girlfriend and I stayed here last month and enjoyed are experience. I am a Marriott member so I was upgraded to a room on a high floor with a view of Central Park. The view was breathtaking. The hotel room was more than enough space for 2 people. I was surprised how big the room was for NYC. I honestly expected it to be smaller.
The amenities fitted our needs. Gym was basically a legit fitness center had everything you needed. The continental breakfast had more than enough options. Just get there early as I would expect plenty of tourists to stay here so the food can go quickly. I will def plan to stay here again on my next NYC visit.

I’m a Marriott loyalist. I’m now a Residence Inn Central Park loyalist. I don’t know of any better value for your money in Manhattan than this (new in 2014) hotel.
Well-​appointed rooms. High floors. Floor to ceiling windows. Killer views. Excellent location.
The staff is extremely friendly.
It’s hard to believe how good this place is for the price. I’ll take it over The Pierre or the St. Regis any day of the week.
Is it five stars? Not quite, and it’s not trying to be. But, you do get a high-​quality room with stylish furnishings and plush bed and bath linens. And, wow, those views!
