Want furniture that looks like you’ve had it for ten years and it looks like garbage(even though you have only had it for 90 days)? Shop Shabby Chic. It cost over $ 7,000 for a sofa and attached love seat. Only the Rep from Shabby Chic could get the interlock device to work to hook the two items together. The material was sewn together crooked and the pillows on the sofa were understuffed. When concerns were voiced, the Rep took pictures and sent them to the factory and the factory said, «Oh, that is the way the furniture is supposed to look.» If you want your home to look like you got used furniture from Goodwill, buy Shabby Chic. I would NEVER recommend this furniture to anyone.

Going here was a dream come true for me! I was in absolute heaven and could have stayed for hours. Most of the furnishings are not in our budget so I just got a few small items. I do dream of someday being able to buy one of her big, squishy sofas!!!

The manager of this store is a prick. And the truth is, I had a few problems with the sales people giving me the wrong sheets etc. however, everyone other than the manager was extremely friendly. I was raised on Shabby Chic. I love the brand and will be loyal forever. They have the best, softest materials. But as far as this particular store is concerned, the manager sucks but everyone else is amazing, down to earth, easy to talk to people– which forced me to overlook any of the small mishaps that went on during my purchasing. I have since put the cotton sheets on my bed along with the linen duvet cover, and it is like sleeping on a cloud. I also have a futon chair that is ridiculously comfortable, functional and adorable in my studio apartment.

Don’t listen to hip New Yorkers who don’t know what they’re talking about! Screw them and their high-end fussiness! And forget the stupid zaget; be your own friggin’ judge(if the the pasta is bad, then it’s BAD, no matter what the Times said). I’m not sure how much linens and stuff usually cost for these so-called hip New Yorkers… but I just get mine at Century 21 and they’re usually around $ 30…and I’m perfectly comfortable. The ones here were pretty expensive(over $ 100, and the cheapest pillowcase I found was around $ 40). However, the material is deadly soft.
