I wish I can give them no star… their price is rip off. $ 30 mani and pedi for men!!! R u fucking nuts? Men don’t even need nail polishing or anything. Simple cut. They have no freaking smile on their face no welcome nothing. I walked out of the place and good thing I didn’t give them business because they already have bad reviews!

I went out my way to make a profile and write my first review ever. Just to save many hopefully not so «future» clients from going. If you don’t wanna read the review, I’ll save you time and just flat out say go somewhere else or turn the lights off and do them yourself it’s basically equivalent of what I got. I went in asking if it was another place because my friend recommended me going somewhere around the area but I forgot the name. I told em the price she got for her tips were 25 and gel was 20 they said no they have tips for 30 and gel for 25 and as I was about to leave they said they would do it for 25 but I had to take off the nails I had left on my own. –_– I didn’t think anything, maybe they were having a slow day. Then idk her name(which I should’ve asked, but she sits in the front she’s probably the first one you see in your left when you walk in) well she started to do my nails quickly & rushed. I told her she made my middle nail shorter than all the other ones and she started filing the rest of my nine nails which I had liked the length !! She started to shake her head and speak in maybe Thai language. After she started putting on my coat of red polish and she might as well have painted my last name while she was at it. It’s all over my cuticles and she never even cleaned them. I look like I have crazy uneven cuticles & cheap squared nails I got from Jamaica ave or something. Over it, never again.

They charged $ 25 for a job my 9 year old cousin could have done.

What can I say, this is the best mani-pedi as well as brow wax I get in Sunnyside for a good price. They are very friendly and happy to cater to your taste. I went to another salon where they weren’t nearly as friendly and wanted me to shape my nails their way. Then they also told me that my eyebrows aren’t thick enough and kind of tsk tsked. I know, we aren’t all born with perfect Mediterranean high arched brows. If we were then we wouldn’t need their services right? Well I like that no one at Bliss makes me feel like it is a problem to work with them. Theya re willing to accomodate you.

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. This place has the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across. Not only were they rude but they accused us of stealing their cheap nail polish. Seriously? Because I would travel 40 minutes in the train, to steal a nail polish that has been thinned out and USED? Makes no sense. They’re extremely rude and racist.

This place is the worst. It is drab and gloomy. When you walk in they are not very friendly. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and whenever I venture into the nail salon, I don’t stay very long. The quality of the nail polish is very bad and after only 2 days the polish begins to chip. I happily paid a much higher price for better service and better quality nail polish. I am done with this place.

Love this nail salon! The employees are skilled with efficiency and accuracy at Bliss Nails(now called Queens Blvd Nails). They’re very straight forward and understand that business is business. After all, it is a place of business. I’ve read reviews here where customers feel like they’re being rushed. If you’re one to complain about«feeling» rushed, then don’t blame the employees. Please. They know what they’re doing and they’ve done it for years – years of experience equates to efficiency. Efficiency is an accomplishment of or ability to accomplish a job with a minimum expenditure of time and effort. I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was 11 years old, watched these women through pregnancy and making a living doing what they enjoy doing – beautifying every customers’ nails. The place is clean and the quality of their work remains consistently up to par. Did I mention that I don’t live around the area, yet I continue to commute here just to maintain pretty nails? There’s a nail salon across the street from my house and on the same block where I work, but I always default to travel to this nail salon because they never disappoint me.

Pros — very fast Nail tech was friendly 1 minute massage after nails are done
Cons– nails polish chipped after two days Nail polish color was a little on the cuticle. Waxing eyebrows Pros — very nicely shaped and cleaned Cons– feels like the service is rushed too much. Would I go back? If I’m in a rush yes. If I want to relax, not. They really need to change that rushing feeling because they are not busy at all.

I usually have my nails done in Manhattan, but I decided to try a neighborhood salon. I wish that I had checked Unilocal first. This salon used to be another salon and it still looks the same from the outside(except for the awning). The place does not have proper ventilation and it is difficult to breathe until you get used to the chemical odor. My nails were not made to look smooth and shiny but the worst part is that the technician made three of my cuticles bleed! Two days later they are still ugly, brown and sore.
