Well aside from the 20 minute waiting room wait and then 10 minute wait in the examination room(which isn’t horrible in comparison to other places) I had a pretty good experience. They had a few good magazines in every room I went into which made time fly by. The office is somewhat tiny, but there was no other patient waiting when I initially walked in so i didn’t feel claustrophobic. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by office assistant who was really nice. His medical assistant was good too. I LOVED how clean they were with the equipment. I appreciate how they sanitized the equipment and everything else they touched right in front of me– This scores huge points with me! The doctor was very knowledgeable and overall really COOL! I’ve been to other eye doctors who can’t seem to explain anything. This doctor was very thorough and explained why he did the tests that he did. We spoke about basketball and baseball as he checked my eyes which was pretty nice. They have an on site eyeglass store which is convenient. I am not sure how much glasses are supposed to cost, but I paid $ 440 for mine and that was with a discount. Not sure if that’s too much or what. They don’t have a huge selection, but it wasn’t bad either. I was able to find the pair I wanted(very Janine from Ghostbusters). If you work or live in the area check the place out.
