I ‘heart” Premier Integrative Medicine. Humberto is fantastic! He’s smart. He’s patient. And he get’s results. I first visited Premier Inegrative Medicine suffering from accute neck and back issues. Within 3 visits I saw a 100% improvement in my overall range of motion and the benefits have lasted over time.
This was my first experience with accumpuncture and I could not more strongly recommend Premier. If you’re at all curious about accupuncture and looking for a great practicioner you should make this your first stop.

For someone who loves services and treatments, I hadn’t had any acupuncture, though both of my parents are firm believers. Honestly, the needles really creeped me out.
But…
I tried Premier Integrative, and was really happy and surprised with the results. Humberto explained everything he was doing, what it was meant to feel like, took his time to explain about the pressure points, how the needles worked, etc. He answered all of my endless questions patiently. And I barely felt a thing! My trapezius muscles have been tight since I was a teenager, and I’ve gotten painful massages there… a series of treatments with acupuncture loosened them up so much more than any massages had.
Duly noted and impressed. I’ve gone back several times, and will be going back again!
