Precision NY Chauffeur & Airport Transportation Services

I selected this service based on a Unilocal search and the over whelming positive reviews. I have to agree with all other reviewers, the service was exceptional.
I was looking for car service to the airport for myself and 7 friends. The drivers arrived early and were extremely professional. We were so pleased with the service to the airport that I emailed them (with only 48 hours notice!) from my (international) resort asking for return service and explained I had no cell service and couldn’t call for reservation. Shortly after, Richard from Precision contacted me via Whatsapp to make sure he had all the right information to be at the airport waiting for us. In my opinion, this was going above and beyond as I hadn’t asked or even thought of suggesting using whatsapp. The ride home from the airport were just as smooth and pleasant as the ride to the airport. I definitely plan to use them in the future and highly recommend them. I should also mention. the price was better than anyone else I tried calling which is obviously a major plus too!

I just used Precision for a business trip. Great, reliable service. The driver even let me stop to pick up a quick sandwich en route to my destination. Will definitely use them again!

We used Precision for transport from our home to the cruise port in Manhattan and for our return from the port back home. The staff was quick to respond with a quote without pressure to book and to confirm reservations after we booked. I was really nervous because we had toddlers traveling with us and I was fearful that the car seats would be forgotten. However, they weren’t. Moe was our driver and he was excellent! He was early for each pick up, was courteous, accommodating, respectful and drove safely. We could not have been happier with the service, price in comparison to other car services, and with our overall experience! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them!

I wanted to find a highly rated car service while in NYC and I found it here with Precision! Their drivers are professional, on time, attentive and helpful. The cars (we had 2 SUV’s both were Escalades) were clean and comfortable. The drivers were efficient in their routes and picked us up on time and delivered us on time. Highly recommended, their reviews are spot on with how professional this company is, definitely worth the money and peace of mind.

I booked Precision for roundtrip airport transportation between Massapequa and JFK. I made the reservation less than twenty-​four hours prior to the date of my outbound flight and they were able to accommodate us with no problems, honoring the online discount even though we were calling.
The driver was exactly on time to pick us up, and loaded our bags into his Suburban, where there were bottles of water for our refreshment. We were into JFK airport with no issues, and the driver unloaded our bags and brought them to the curbside check-​in desk.
On the return flight, our plane was delayed an hour with mechanical problems. Even with the delay, I received a text from the driver five minutes after we deplaned. He met us outside the Terminal 4 exit doors, loaded our bags, and brought us home.
Our experience was seamless from reservation to pick-​up and back again. We will definitely be using Precision for our future transportation needs.

This company was amazing. The drivers were on time, if not early, polite, good drivers, and helped with the luggage. The cars were new and so clean. This will be my go to car service every time I will be in New York.

I chose Precision because of its excellent reviews on Unilocal.I made a wise choice! Umar, our driver dressed in a suit, arrived about 15 minutes early. The six of us piled into his beautiful clean black Suburban! The ride there was comfortable and flawless. He even had a small bottle of water for each of us. Umar was very professional and answered all of our questions. The price was on par or less than other car services and included the gratuity. I would not hesitate to choose Precision again.

Precision picked up my daughter, niece and friends from the airport and also did a 3hour shopping tour the following day, as well as took them back to the airport that Sunday. They were prompt and very professional. They respond to every emailed questions and very accommodating to request. I will use them again

We used Precision this past week to transport us from and to the Newark Airport, to our hotel in midtown New York. Overall, their performance was flawless – The drivers were early, polite, well dressed, and professional. The cars were new and clean (2016 Suburbans). Absolutely the best car service there is. Cars are new, well taken care of and drivers are the best I have ever encountered. The prices are very reasonable, I would never take a cab into and out of the city. Precision is my «go to» car service. They had dropped me off at the airport, and several hours later, our flight was cancelled. I called them, in the hope I could reserve a ride back into the city, I told them my situation, they remembered me and within 15 mins they had a car sent out. Now that, is real customer service. This service was exceptional — driver’s were GREAT!. Service to and from City — Laguardia /​JFK. From the initial contact by phone to the drop off– seamless! AND I LEFT MY COMPUTER IN THE SUBURBAN– (clean and impeccable) — THE DRIVER CALLED ME AND DROPPED IT BACK OFF TO CHECK IN JET BLUE! I didn’t even know I left it! OH YEAH! Use this company!!!

I have been using Precision since I have been in NY, the service is outstanding. The cars are all clean and maintained and the drivers are all well presented and courteous. This is definitely the company to use for transport in NYC. The pricing is reasonable and credit cards are accepted, unlike other companies who only accept cash.

It’s so nice to know the drivers with their familiar faces greeting and waiting for you when arriving at the airport along way from home. Whenever I’m flying into JFK I just text and schedule my pick up. Just that simple!
