Tony, who is the owner of Positive Services Inc, is the mortgage broker. He is helpful in getting the forms filled out by talking to him over the phone and he sends them over to you via e-​mail with passwords for you to sign and hand in to him for him to get the process started with the banks. I was referred to him by my attorney. Supposedly, he is representing different banks and is supposed to get you the best mortgage rate. However, it seems like he really deals with Wells Fargo mostly. From what I looked up online, Wells Fargo does seem to have the best rate compared to the bigger banks. So that’s fine with me.
He does follow up with you and updates you on what the bank is requesting to satisfy the commitment of the loan
Since I am still in the purchase process of the house, I will have to come back and update this review at a later time.

So everything went fine with the bank and loan was approved and everything went through. He always sends e-​mails of any updates or of anything that I need to do on my end or calls me if it’s urgent. He makes sure that the process goes through smoothly, so it was a good experience.
