More than eight years after leaving New York, I walk into this place and José, my favourite Deli guy, looks at me and says«Buenos dias señor, querres lo mismo?» To which I reply, Yes– the usual. And five minutes later I have in the grips of my teeth the most delicious fried egg sandwich with swiss cheese, turkey and mayo this City has to offer.

This places suffers from craven, lazy opportunism. The prices are extremely high, even by Midtown standards, the sandwiches likely contain some type of preservative(I ‘reacted’ very poorly half an hour later) and their unquestioned default is to supply a plastic bag for even the smallest purchase(e.g. a single granola bar). Attendants also enforce an illegal $ 10 minimum for credit card purchases. There is a better, nicer Korean deli on 2nd Ave btw 43 – 44 Sts.

Horrible food! They use expired stuff, just check the shelves… Also they do do not wash the coffee pots and leave the sugar out which has dirt from outside in it… COMEONPLAZADELI Clean up your store!

This place makes high quality sandwiches. I’ve been going there for years and only think my sandwich was messed up once. Their«Special» prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place!

A Korean bodega that offers a salad bar and prepared food just like every other Korean bodega in manhattan. The coffee was decent, but remember this, your a block away from the UN in midtown, so expect to pay out the ass for everything. Other than that, nothing outstanding or special here.

this place is ok. their breakfast sandwhichs are decent. but nothing to rave over. one major turn off is in the warmer weather they leave their door open, and all around their buffet u can see flies flying all over! although i’ve never tried the buffet, i definitely never will! that is really gross. also, notcied they got a «B» rating by the city grade system. and details as to why they received a «B» are pretty nasty. the guys making the food dont always look too sanitary either. i’ll skip this place from now on.

Nothing fancy but hits the spot. Deli options galore! Bagels, sandwiches, salad buffet, vegetarian options, seating in back. Ordered the bagel w/lox, which is plain cream cheese with a layer of smoked salmon. I didn’t get a choice of what bagel. Tasted good and for $ 2.50 it was a fraction of any salmon bagel I’ve ever ordered.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich this morning. Plus: fastest I’ve been in and out of a deli before work Negative: because they microwaved a premade sandwich. This is nice if you are in a rush(which I wasn’t really at the time), but resulted in a soggy sandwich. I had a croissant egg and sausage sandwich, which had unkown to me been DRENCHED with butter(tastey but certainly not the healthiest breakfast option). That with an OJ was $ 5.50, which seems about the market price for a midtown deli

I stayed at the Millennium UN Plaza right next to this deli and this had great breakfast! When you come in in the morning it’s really busy. They have all sorts of things from salads, paninis, pastries, sandwiches, breakfast food, different kinds of chips, drinks, etc. Great novelty deli with a lot of variety that tastes good! I only got the bagel with eggs and bacon and I was really enjoying it while I was walking to the subway. The bagel was lightly buttered I think. Whatever it is it made this bagel sandwich really good!
