Playground For All Children

Really amazing playground. I wish I had found out about it earlier! So many different avenues for children to play and learn. There is an extensive jungle gym, unique swing set and different areas for kids to «make music.» We could spend all day here! Would recommend for all kids!

Shadowed. Tons of attractions for the kids. Water fountains, restrooms, benches and many many games!

I’m surprised that no one has reviewed this yet. I went there yesterday for the first time for a kid’s birthday party. A big, clean playground with lots of shade & sun. It was fairly empty for a Sunday afternoon with nice weather, but I’m told it gets crowded in the summer. There is a water feature that was not on.
The equipment was generally in good shape and there were cool playhouses and musical toys. The playground seems to be more wheelchair-​accessible than most. There were visible staff walking around instead of hiding in the office.
The minus 1 star is for the bathrooms, which, like most NYC playgrounds, could have been cleaner.
