Great playground for toddlers. I brought my 2 year old after her nap and she loved it. It has a wonderful view of the NJ skyline for the adults. For kids, there is a jungle gym, sandbox and some water fountains/​misters. My daughter loved playing in the water and sand. There are restrooms nearby which makes it even better.

I’m not sure why this is listed under swimming pools, but there are cute little grassier areas for kids to play flag football and soccer on pier 51. The Hudson side south of Chelsea and in TriBeCa is such a great area for kids and families!
