I love this gallery. I collect Japanese prints and paintings and have had them all framed here. Michael Lucas is very knowledgeable and has a very good eye. I trust him with all of my artwork because I know that he is professional and understands how to handle and frame art. I’ve learned much about art from Michael and have purchased numerous beautiful Salvador Dali prints from him. His parents were colleagues and friends of Dali and collaborated with him on many print runs, some of which are available for sale in gallery. I stop in often to see what Michael has and I’m never disappointed. I hope to stop in soon to pick up a few holiday presents. This place is a must for art collectors, and anyone who appreciates beautiful things. Don’t take your framing anywhere else.

Don’t expect a chic gallery when you walk in. It’s really a dusty collection of old miscellaneous prints, strewn about in slim drawers and on top of displays. Imagine walking into someones office where they have piles of papers on shelves, chairs and desks in no seemingly obvious order — and you have this business.
If you don’t let the disorganization scare you off, you can find some very pretty prints with Michael Lucas’ help. He helped me find an 1893-​ish Harper’s Monthly color print of Lincoln, NE.
This business also provides custom matting and framing. My Lincoln, NE print took less than 24 hours to be matted and framed.
So in summary, 3 stars for great customer service, decent prices and a fast turnaround on the finished product. If you’re willing to be patient and work with the disorganization, you may find something worth taking home.
