Purchased a ring as a birthday present for a friend and had a frustrating experience. Though I was pleased with the ring itself, we worked with multiple employees who were unfriendly and rude. In addition, an employee spent time fitting my friend for the ring only to find out the sizing was wrong and the ring too large (by a considerable amount). It’s disappointing that a salesperson would not know how to correctly size their own merchandise on a customer. This experience was disappointing and embarrassing and I hope they can work to improve their standards of service.

They are beautifully rendered in the perfect size and shape– some with precious gemstones incorporated into the design. GUY will also work with clients to create custom pieces.
