AWESOME customer service.
My husband’s Philips Norelco Senso Touch 3d shaver was on the fritz — and this girl doesn’t like her man prickly. Needless to say, this problem didn’t fly with me so I took matters in my own hands.
Since I didn’t want to be kissing a cactus, I called the number listed on the machine ASAP. I explained how it stopped taking charge, and within 2 minutes I had given my address and email address to the (US!) person I was speaking with.
A day later I received a message in my Inbox that a brand new shaver has left the warehouse and will show up in the next coming days. All I have to do is put the broken one in the same box, stick the return label on it and send it back without cost.
Easy does it. Gotta love it.

In this day of egregious customer service, I would like to applaud Phillips Corp. My electric toothbrush was having what seemed to be a nervous breakdown, turning itself on in the middle of the night. I called their customer service and the phone was answered by a real live person who explained that that’s what they do when they are having death throes. I was going to throw it out because the warranty had expired about a month earlier. The representative kindly told me they would honor the warranty and send me a new handle with a pre-​paid call tag for return of the dead handle. Now THAT’S customer service. They have made a customer for life!

Hello. As much as I hate to post reviews, but this time I’m REALLY forced to do so, since there’s almost nothing else that I can do for this company to validate it’s own warranty. Last April I got this Philips shaver, 1250X, made in Netherlands as a birthday gift. It worked fine until couple of weeks ago when it didn’t take charge. Checked the charger, no problem, but the shaver itself is not taking any charge. Called 3 times customer service, also asked help from their Facebook page, after all these they’re still asking a receipt for this gift !! As I mentioned before, it’s a gift from 2 younger kids, 19 & 20 years of age, they have no receipt & even if it was in the box, I must have thrown it away. I need help either this shaver to be repaired or replaced with a woking one. The repair center which they sent me, REFUSES to accept this shaver. Can someone help me in this unwanted situation?

I love my new HDTV LCD. It so much clearer than my old rear projection TV. Thank god I got rid of that old thing while I still could. For my living room size, 42″ is just right. The picture is bright and sharp. Not to mention that it picks up digital/​HD channels as well. And since I bought it at Costco, lifetime warranty included. Gotta love it. Thanks Philips!
