ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Whatever you do, DO NOT use them. I used them for the first time because I got a Groupon (biggest mistake ever). I asked the woman who came to do four very basic things (hang up clean laundry, etc.), none of which she did. I will second the poster who said that the owner, Smith, is awful. Also called me a liar and kept defending his people Will absolutely never use this company again. SIMPLY TERRIBLE. Should not be in business.

Adella from Perla Cleaning is amazing! Not only did she clean every inch of my apartment perfectly, her English is great and I barely had to give her any directions, she just got to cleaning. Also, the manager, Smith, called and stopped by to make sure I was pleased. I’ve used over 20 cleaning services and this is one of the best I’ve used.

I used Perla home cleaning three times — all of which were good. Then I needed them a fourth time, they never showed — the owner forgot to set the appointment up. Happened again the 6th time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. The last time the cleaning lady arrived over an hour late and told the owner that she was waiting downstairs for an hour and my doorman never let her in. That was a complete lie — Not only did the doorman tell me she was not there at said time, but my neighbor happened to come in the same time she did (the hour later time) and heard her ask for my apt. IN addition to the fabrication, the owner, SMITH gave me a very hard time and told me that I was a liar and his staff was honest. Will never use again — they are lucky to have any business at all with an owner like Smith.
