If only everything in life were this easy. Took my broken pearls in to be restrung, and earring to be fixed and told them I live in Florida. Within a week, both items had been repaired and shipped to me-no fuss, no muss. Do not hesitate to buy from Pearl and Clasp or to have your precious pearls repaired by them! Thank, Marty!!!

Courteous and responsive service: I inquired about their service to restring my necklace on their website and received a quote and instructions from Tara within hours. I took my pearl necklace to their location on Friday, and was able to pick it up on(the long weekend) Monday(without me asking for any rush service)! Jon is very knowledgeable and dispenses good advice on caring of my pearls. Would definitely go back again!

Thank you so much, Tara, for the great service! The entire process was seamless, from the original quote, to the return of my necklace. It was very reassuring of you to call me when you received my necklace. Turn around time of one day was amazing. Thanks so much for offering such reasonable pricing. My necklace was by no means an expensive piece, but I really wanted to be able to have it restrung. It came back to me looking better than when I first purchased it. Highly recommend your company, will certainly use your company again. Thank you again!!!

Great job quickly. We were in town for a few days in November and my wife bought a Tiffany’s charm she wanted mounted on a pearl bracelet. John got it done in 1 day and she got to wear it for the rest of our visit. He was very accommodating… an all around nice guy.

LOVE these guys! Took in three pearl necklaces for shortening(they all were different styles) and thankfully they talked me into the correct lengths(I was suggesting what would have been too short). The finished necklaces were done really quickly and flawlessly — all for a very reasonable fee. Next I’m going to rummage through my jewelry stash in search of other broken or pieces requiring work and bring them to Pearl & Clasp asap. Highest recommendations!!!

Best prices I could find in New York for pearl restringing. They did a great job too. It would have been done in a day but they wanted to remove some glue and need the pearls to soak overnight so they could do it right. Very good service. Entrance is on 47th street between 5th and Madison. Also, be prepared to go through security like that in the movie Snatch. Well worth it.

A wonderful experience, from beginning to end! The head of the company emailed me directly as soon as they received the pearls i needed to have re-strung, and the studio manager called me later the same day to go over all details for the necklace. He had looked all of the pearls, suggested a great clasp, and was extremely nice. Turnaround was much faster than expected, and the finished necklace was perfect in every way.

I recently inherited multiple strands of pearl necklaces(Majorcan pearls) in all states of dissaray, some of the clasp were broken, some needed to be made shorter, they were all at least 40 years old. I knew I wanted to pass them along to my nieces but I was unsure of where to even get started and still keep it all within a reasonable price range. When I called Pearl and Clasp they couldnt have been nicer, all my options were explained to me and all I had to do was mail them in. Pearl and Clasp did a fabulous job, the necklace lengths were just as we had discussed, the pearls were cleaned, old clasp were revived and sparkled and the new clasp looked great. My nieces were thrilled with their necklaces and I was thirlled with the great service, price, and a really quick turn around!

I’ve shopped Pearl & Clasp three times, twice to re-string necklaces and once to order pearl earrings as a gift for my daughter. She loved the earrings. I loved the speedy turn-around, super quality and overall value.

I broke my pearl necklace while out of the country on business. I had a quick stop through New York and wanted to get them repaired as soon as possible. The necklace was my 1st anniversary gift from my now deceased husband — needless to say, a strong emotional attachment. I emailed Tara with my request and as the other reviews mention, she emailed right back, provided a quote and, most importantly, said she could turn around the repair in the few days I was in town. Indeed, the office is very serious with lots of security! Tara was out, but John took great care to repair and return my pearls before I got back on the plane! Many, many thanks, Pearl & Clasp! Highly recommend!

I emailed Tara to see if I could drop off my pearls instead of shipping them as i’m literally a 5 min walk. She emailed right back and said to stop by. 1. The building is a luxury high rise apt converted into offices(i was so confused when i went inside because it looks like an apt lobby with no labels). 2. It was a bit intimidating once I got to the office because I had to be buzzed in to enter the premise. I met with Marty? and he was very nice, very informative and patiently explained everything to me. The cost of the re-stringing is like $ 36. I asked for the mystery clasp and that was $ 45. Everything is supposed to be ready within 1 to 2 days. I will repost an additional review once I see the work. *excited*

I leaned over and caught my 36″ strand of pearls on a dresser knob and broke my necklace. What to do? I needed this strand of pearls correctly restrung with a knot between each pearl. After some research on the Internet I discovered prices can be spot on and reasonable and crazy high. I reached out to my two finalists. Pearl & Clasp CEO, Tara Horn, replied to my email immediately. Super nice. Quoted an outstanding price that was at the bottom end of the range I was expecting. She gave me the Pearl & Clasp NYC address and said she would let me know when she received the pearls — which she did. She promised to have them restrung within 2 days. Right on time someone from Pearl & Clasp called to advise pearls were ready, they took my credit card number and Priority Mailed them back to me. From the time I shipped the pearls to the time I got them back in my hands restrung at the right price was four business days. Amazing AND amazing customer service all along the way. Would use and recommend this company in a heartbeat. By the way, the day I got the pearls back restrung from Pearl & Clasp I finally got the reply from the other company quoting twice the price I just paid Pearl & Clasp.

My pearl bracelet came unraveled one day at work, and I wanted to have it restrung. Not knowing what to do, I did a Google search and found Pearl&Clasp. I emailed the company and received a quote of $ 15 to restring my pearl bracelet. Really? That’s awesome! But I’m not going to lie, the whole process definitely sounded sketchy at first. «Just mail your pearls to us with your name and phone number on a piece of paper, and we’ll contact you to get your payment information.» Uh, ok? I decided that I didn’t have much other option, other than to trash the pearls, which I definitely didn’t want to do, so I took the chance. Man am I glad I did! They were SUPER quick(1 week total turnaround including shipping), and the whole thing, including shipping, cost me $ 20. The finished work was great, and I would definitely recommend them to someone in need of pearl restringing. Nice job, Pearl&Clasp!
