We needed their services after Hurricane Sandy. Our home was destroyed and during the blackout some cretin damaged our gate. They were very professional at getting the job (although their quote wasn’t the cheapest, they seemed legit). But forget about follow-​through. Just waited hours for them to show up for an appointment. After getting a plethora of excuse and false promises, I simply fired them. Move on, find somebody else. They have a patina of professionalism, but scratch the surface and you’ll find amateurs who don’t respect their customers. Forget these guys. Now we’ll see if they credit my card as promised. Stay far away.
