Ordered item online. Order taken and issued an order number. Complete silence for almost 3 weeks despite my attempts to email them twice about the status of my order.
After 21 days, I called and talked to an employee. I was told the order has already been processed and shipped. And he also told me that he will send me the tracking number via email. Two days later, they sent me an email telling me that the item was not in stock and they were cancelling the order.
When I called the store to check on my item after 3 weeks I was told that it was already shipped!!! How can an already shipped order be cancelled!!!
Obviously I have been lied to. This business has horrible business practices and worst customer service I have ever seen.
I am a very upset customer and would like to warn others about this incident!
