Came home from work tired and hungry and ordered 2 pizzas and wings after this location had already closed(unknowingly) but they were nice enough to make my order and had it delivered within 20 minutes… the pizza is pretty good and the wings are tasty. Sure beats having to cook myself dinner!

It’s not real neighborhood pizza. But They’re open late on a Sunday night. Order online and pick up only. Delivery takes forever and is horrible. Pick up your food and there won’t be a single problem.

So the pizza was good and it was the toppings is what we ordered. The problems is that it took more than an hour to get here, gave us garlic knots instead of cinnamon knots. When I called back for an exchange, they took more than 45 minutes to deliver it when it’s only a 25 minutes walk from here. The cinnamon knots they have for us doesn’t isn’t the most charming and I have to say, I don’t even know if it is edible at this point. What a huge disappointment.

Ordered the 3 for $ 21 special. For medium pies, I guess it’s an okay price, they did taste pretty good. However, the delivery takes too long. I ordered over the phone and was told it’ll take approximately 30 – 35 mins but by the time the delivery guy came, it was well over an hour of waiting. At the time, it was a busy time for me so time flew by fairly quick. I give this a 2.5 rating but since the pizza was still pretty hot when it arrived, I’ll give it 3 stars. Faster delivery time would be nice though.

Super bad service, ordered a bacon, pepperoni pineapple pizza. When it delivered, it was not with pineapple. Took a bite to see if there is bacon and pineapple inside the pizza. Then the pizza deliver guy question about why did I bite it, instead of solving the problem. He do not the the right to question me when they made the pizza wrong the first place. Call in, they try to tell me to be careful next time. Like who cares about next time. I yelled at them on the phone and they replace it for me.

Ordered online from their website. The pizza pie’s good even though one of them is cold, but the service/delivery service is so-so.

In total honesty I really think I mainly eat Papa J’s to annoy the Unilocal pizza mafia that gets all angry when you say you eat chain pizza and arent taking a second mortgage to have a burnt pizza at Robertas, well that and this location is a block from my house and I am lazy. As far as chains go I like PJ’s best. I despise Dominos and their heart burn causing sauce, Little Ceasers tastes stale and Pizza Hut is greasy. Papa also has lots of deals like with particular sports teams. They are running a deal now that when the Nets win you type Nets50 and get 50 percent off so thats good for me! They also have the same deal for the Jets but they aint losing much money on that one. The pizza isnt the best youre gonna eat but its decent. I tend to get the Works and swap out the Sausage for Anchovies. I’m one of those folks that likes Anchovies. The toppings are generous, the garlic dipping sauce is pretty addictive and yes the crust is a bit doughy. Their wings are really good as well. I tried the big cookie and it is what it is, a BIG cookie. Staff here are always friendly and when I order online I can walk their in 15 minutes and its all ready.

Making a delivery order here is a fast paced(well, 30 – 45 min.) high stakes game of pizza roulette, with 1 in 6 pies tasting great and the other 5 severely deficient in toppings. If you’re vegan, this is basically your only choice for pizza delivery in the area other than Domino’s. If you order online, you can choose the portions of sauce, cheese, and dough. I usually go with«No Cheese» and«Light Sauce» but change it from the regular tomato sauce to their BBQ(If you’re only vegetarian, ranch sauce is also available!) I always order through the website even when I pay in cash because there are usually great Special Offer deals around any kind of game day. A normally $ 17 large pie can cost as little as $ 20 for 2 even after football season ends. Every 25 points in their loyalty program gets you a free pizza, but it’s based on the volume of your orders, not the number of pizzas you’ve had in the past!

Their wings have gotten way smaller over a few months time and their pizza isn’t even considered«large» for the price they offer. I just ordered and the delivery guy had my soda in his trunk with no cooler or ice. Who the hell in their right mind would want to drink extra warm soda when it’s 80 degrees out?! Horrible service.

honestly, there really isn’t a reason to come here unless there’s a promo. There are so many good pizza places in the neighborhood, albeit on the more expensive side. Specialty pies for $ 11-$ 12 with that Papa John’s consistency. There are online and take out specials, but the online deals are always better. Papa John’s pizza isn’t the greatest pizza, but their dough is really good and consistent, with a sweet taste that is almost addictive. However, I always get really thirsty from eating a few slices, which is probably attributable to the high sodium levels in the pizza. Not sure how fresh everything is, but looking at the bare bones nature of most locations, it can’t be that fresh. Still, I really like their chicken with roma tomatoes pizza and will be back to redeem my free super bowl pizza. Woot!

I love, love, love Papa John’s! I always order online using my account and get points as part of the rewards club. The points add up to a free large pie every now and then! This particular branch is conveniently located near my house and I always order it for take-out. It’s a bit small if you want to sit down and eat but definitely worth ordering for delivery or pick-up.

Papa’s in the house! I like Papa John’s just a tad bit better than Dominos, mainly because i think their Hawaiian pizza with pineapple and ham blows them away! This location on 86th street has been open a couple of years and hasn’t let me down. Love their garlic sauce that comes complimentary with the pie so you can dip away! They actually have a table inside if you want to eat there, but that’s just straight wierd! If you are looking for a dine-in pizza spot this isn’t the best option considering how many outstanding pizza joints exist in Bensonhurst/Bath Beach/Dyker Heights. Ordering online is easy and their delivery guys haven’t been late yet, sometimes you have to get away from the homemade Brooklyn pizza and go with the salty goodness of Papa John’s!

Papa John’s is one of my preferred pizza chains and this one is particularly good in my book. Their venue is very clean inside(very small, no tables or chairs for dining in), they process everything quickly, and they’re very convenient. I ordered online through the Papa John’s website(very easy to understand and navigate even through mobile). Ordered a large Garden Fresh pizza for $ 11.00(not bad pricing @ all). Unfortunately, I arrived late to pick up the pizza and it wasn’t hot the way I liked, but no matter, just a quick toss into the oven when I returned home and life was good again. I asked them for red pepper flake seasonings and they gave me these neat little packets of prepackaged spices and seasonings. They were perfect too for not over-dumping and getting too excited in pouring the seasonings(totally guilty of doing this w/the red pepper flakes). Guys at the counter were really nice and helped me with everything I needed. They have coupons and specials running all throughout the year. Their garlic sauce is pretty good for dipping and really enhances the flavor of the pizza — I’d request a few more of these.
