I always go to this salon. I live near the area so its very convenient for me. Very friendly people. Kevin is my hairdresser and never let me down and Faye the hair stylist assistant is my favorite. She always me good massage! She is the best!

I will adnit that Ozone could be busy but for the price, its worth the wait. I’ve been seeing Angie now for years thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I’ve sent my mom, niece, sister and aunt for a while now. If you can’t see Angie try Chloe. We usually get shampoo and haircuts here. I recommend it. Note: this is not a super high end place so don’t come with expectations of grandeur. This is good haircuts and great prices.

I have been going here for years and for the most part the hairdressers do a good job. A lady by the name of Angie had told my mother that she could not do her hair anymore because her wrist would hurt and she was too stressed to do her hair. It is upsetting to hear that after 12 years of coming she was not able to do her hair anymore. Very unprofessional staff and if you make an appoitnment god help you you have to wait at least an hr long before they take you and they are always rushing you. I would not recommend going to this salon unless you want to be there for 6 hrs. Prices are very high for the location and just not good how it used to be.

I had a Japanese straightening about a month ago by Tommy and his assistant. Tommy is a great hair stylist. His work is very precise and detailed. I’m happy with my super straight hair! I love how straight it is especially when it’s raining. No more crazy hair on rainy day! It took about 4 hrs to get it done but it’s worth it :)

Angie is the best. I have very thin hair, and she really has her way of cutting into layers and volume. The staff is friendly and efficient. The price is very reasonable.

Don’t waste your money on a Brazilian Keratin Treatment here. Got the BKT done on a Sunday evening; they told me not to wash or get my hair wet for 2 days, so on Wednesday morning I wash my hair and guess what? My hair is still frizzy. I go back to the salon and asked the stylist why my hair was still frizzy and he said to me, «But your hair is softer now than before. You can come back in a month and get the BKT done again.» Ummm… I don’t think so! Because a BKT should last at least 3 months. Anyway, this salon lost a potential regular customer, and one who tips well! I paid $ 120 for the BKT, which included a bang trim, and I gave a $ 20 tip to the stylist and a $ 5 tip to the guy who assisted him, bringing the grand total to $ 145, for a service that ended up doing absolutely nothing for my hair!
Btw, I always use shampoos and conditioners that are free of sodium chloride, sulfates and parabens, so I used the right products for hair that undergoes a BKT. The BKT administered at this salon just did not work on my hair.

i went this place few times and kelatin treatment and hair cut. they wash hair really nice and treatment is really good!
also, i had guy from hong kong cut my hair 2 times and he remembered when i was there last time and how he cut my hair. and he cut supe nice and he was very nice to me but i dont remember his name. last time i was there in this feburary. but i see review and may be his name is leo and he doesnt work there anymore? i wnated go there again.

The technician isn’t as clean. I see tissues on floor.
My nails were not properly treated. No bottom coat. My mani stayed on for 3 days before it started to chip! As soon as I ask where is the girl Celyn they told me she moved. But They couldn’t tell me where. WTF??? I will NOT ever come here again. This place is DIRTY!

Clients are mostly steady customers. The stylists are polite. My first ever Keratin hair treatment was a year ago done by Leo. I have been going there ever since for the treatment and hair cut. Angie is also good. Does anyone know where Leo moved onto?

Went there for a wash and cut. I have a lot of split ends. Had Leo as my stylist. Instead of cutting off all the dead ends he cut it into a nice style, beautiful really and we made a plan that as my hair grows, we’ll cut a little more until all the split ends were gone. It was either that or cut my hair really short which I didn’t want to do. Since my visit with him, my hair has been growing strong and beautiful. He’s definitely my stylist from now on. Thanks again Leo! Also, everyone there is really nice, the wash was wonderful and relaxing. The place is tiny, but has huge personality.

Had Tommy as my hairstylist. He was very attentive to detail, borderline perfectionist which I look for in stylists and recommended products without being pushy. He did a great job on my dry, weather beaten hair and would definitely come to see him again. They even gave me a discount on a keratin treatment the next time I come back which is a big plus! The mani pedi on the other hand wasn’t the greatest. It kind of hurt actually! And the polish application was haphazard. I hope I don’t get nail fungus from the miniscule cuts I got from the mani pedi curist. =(
CON: the salon only accepts cash which is a bit inconvenient. Lucky for me chase is across the street.

I used to have my hair done in Flushing. I was told that the hairstylist Angie is great hairstylist in Elmhurst. I went to visit her and got my hair permed. All my coworkers like my new hair style. Of course, I love it. I look so hot and sexy.

Ok ok ok well we all had a fried hair mishap once in your life if you have «kinky» hair at an asian salon so we are left with no other choice but to wait in the typical loud bachata playing dominican salon with rollers on. The only cool part is the coffee for the infamous «greca», other than that I do not want to waste another minute on a beautiful weekend listening to gossip and home remedies. Sorry mom!
This spot is a quick fix. You’ll love it so much that you’ll become an addict for sure! I love the fact that they massage your scalp and neck after they are done washing your hair while you lay back. Its awesome! Not only is my hair clean but they dont bathe me with water going down my back and then my clothes are all wet. The process is a little wierd, they «air dry» your hair and it looks like a frizz ball but then then flat iron it to smooth perfection even Demi Moore would be jealous of your smooth and straight locks.
