ZERO STARS: Buyers beware! This store is not professional as the website makes it appear to be. I ordered a bag online, received it in less than perfect condition and was given the authorization from the seller to return it for a full refund. I returned the bag within the same week that I received it and didn’t hear back from the store for weeks via email or telephone (their store phone rings and rings or has a busy tone – no voicemail option). I had to file a complaint with my bank to initiate an investigation for recovery of my funds. I eventually received an email from the store and my refund. HUGE disappointment since I made the decision to purchase from them rather than a larger entity such as Saks.

I bought something from them online 6 MONTHS ago for in-​store pick-​up and they have not notified me and have ignored numerous phone calls and emails. Since they already charged my credit card and will not delivery the goods I purchased I am now forced to take legal action. This store has been a nightmare. They will not return emails or phone calls and will take your money and run. Never again. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Girlie girls stuff without the pain and suffering of sifting through the levels upon levels of a department store.
The young woman who was working in the store when I came here was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about her business. I could see how someone would think the people here could be a little stuck up. Agreed there is no need to be. Who knows… guess time will tell if they’ll survive in this economy.

And now, the bad: pretentious staff, but I guess that’s to be expected? But seriously, you fold jeans for a living. Get over yourself.
