Otel

First off Can i Just Say I’m still dealing with this issue with this company
. I am planning a 1 night stay with a hotel in Las Vegas and went through
(recommended by a friend)
had the best prices, so of course i selected to reserve through them (not realizing that Otel. come wasn’t
). I made my reservation, received a confirmation with a Tracking Number not a confirmation number. I then received another email from that the reservation was made with the hotel and my Credit Card was charged. Looks like all went well, right? Wrong. Well i decided to contact the hotel directly (for peace of mind) to confirm my reservation since my stay is a couple of days away. Well to my Shocking surprise, the hotel has no reservation under my name. I was horrified, my heard just sank, cause my trip is coming up so soon. So My card charged with no reservation, how can that be fair. I contacted
and this representative answered in a very heavy Indian Accent (I had to have her repeat herself numerous time). Still being polite, i explained my situation and she placed me on hold. The wait wasn’t to bad. She gets back on the phone and tells me that another team with her company would contact the Vendor and the hotel (what does that even mean). They will then Email me by tomorrow morning. Again, i got this sinking feeling, for I’m supposed to be checking in tomorrow morning :(I finally had it, i didn’t want to go off on the girl, it wasn’t her fault (her company’s fault) I Kindly asked to speak to her supervisor and she in return repeated that that other team would email me (did i miss something, maybe im the one with the heavy accent) Again i asked to speak to her SUPERVISOR, she then proceeded to transfer me. A gentleman answer, i explained the situation and he basically repeated what she said. However, he did state that he put a note that this is Urgent. So hopefully I will hear something in a couple of hours. This is so stressful. I should have listed to my instincts. I had a feeling i was going to have problems booking through this company. I just hope they can fix this before the end of the day. if not I dont know if i’ll be out the money or what
