If I could give Dr. La Jam less than one star I would. She, and her staff are the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever dealt with. Since there are other great orthopedics in NYC, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere, such as Hospital for Special Surgery or Lennox Hill.

This is without question the best experience I have ever had in a medical facility. Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE is professional and sweet. The moment you want in the security officer is helpful, to the pleasant receptionist, then to nurse and medical assistant, the radiology department gets kudo points for the NYU patient bag and hospital shorts, the MD and checkout staff exceptional!!! Ok so I have nothing to complain about can i can say they toilet paper should be charmin? There is a reason this hospital in one of the top four in the country!!!
