I utilized NYC Office Suites to have a virtual office(mailing address) for my business. It has been a great to expand my business and have a professional presence without dedicating a large budget. I love the flexibly of being able to book an office online or through the mobile app whenever I need a space to work. The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Management is easy to reach and has been very responsive any time I’ve had a concern or needed a little extra help. I think this is a good value for the dollar and is a great place to find services and support for a young business.

I would not recommend NYC Office Suites to any business. Their business practices are misleading and unethical. They are not upfront. Customer service is poor. There are many surprise, hidden charges that are forced upon tenants later(after signing their initial agreements). Their business approach seems to be try to extract value from customers in whatever ways possible. They like to «nickle and dime» and don’t care what customers think. I would never work with Dan the owner again. Only giving 1 star because it is required. We are much, much happier in our new office space.
