I can not tell you how horrible my experience with this company was.
— I was threatened!!! And after there was no way I wanted this person to have access to my apartment, I asked them to leave.
— Very dishonest, my boyfriend is a contractor and we both know about locks. I knew exactly what was needed and they made up so many charges to try and hike the price up. I refused the service and they told me they were going to charge me anyway.
— The said they could be there in 15 min, and instead arrived in 2 hours
