Wow… I am not even sure where to begin. The only thing I can say is that the people who run this place are total scam artists. When I initially began at Nu-train, I had a really great experience because of my nutritionist, Stephanie Middleberg(who, by the way, is no longer there… she has since started her own business! AMEN!). I purchased a package and was told that it included one initial consultation and four follow-ups. My credit card was charged, and there was no further communication with the administrative staff at their office. To date, I have had the initial consultation and three follow ups. Upon calling to inquire about my remaining follow-up(since Stephanie left, I did not know how Nu-Train would handle it), they claimed that I do not have any remaining sessions and that I, in fact, technically owe them $$ for my third session! Um… I’m confused :( I argued that, even if there was some sort of mistake or miscommunication, I should not be held accountable if their office either(1) charged me incorrectly or(2) marked something in the system incorrectly – I was told that I was purchasing an initial and four follow-ups. My math might be a little rusty, but last time I checked 4 minus 3 = 1… the number of follow ups I should have remaining! Now having gone back and forth with their office for 2 months and actually arguing with the owner, she finally says to me today«Fine – I can offer you one complimentary session. Most people have a great experience with Nu-Train. I have never heard of someone not having a good experience with Nu-Train.» WHAT? AREYOUKIDDINGME?!? Clearly you have not been listening… and clearly you do not care about your clients. I warn fellow Unilocalers… steer clear of this place!
