cant wait to go back! Love the décor, all white and glowing. They have awesome Dj’s who know who to rock the party. Crowd is decent too and thank God they doesnt have that terrible ratio of 10 girls to1 guy concept used by some other clubs. So ladies, dress up cuz there is penty of fish to go after. Special thanks to accomodating coat/bag check cuz its so hard to dance with ur bag and if ur date carries it for u he looks less masculine. so I was saved from that inconvenience. the best part is-for attention addicts-elevated platform in the middle to dance on. So if within couple minutes noone came to ask for ur phone number just hop on it and start showing public that u are there, drunk(cuz obvi u wont be dancing there sober) and looking

Oooook. I dont like nikkibeach. Who are these people kidding? This place is just a joke, bad food, bad service and the management needs to be fired. I am not even going to get into the details on how bad this place is. Some of their locations that I have been to in St. Barths and St Tropez are great. But they are not run by Jack and their son(Mr. slick back hair) but rather a guy named Eric who seems to be a much better business person. Also, these locations are busy by default?.. kind of like winning a race with no one else in it. Nothing more to say really… except that I would not recommend this to someone even as a joke? And please DON’T EVER put sparklers on my bottle to mytable. THISIS A HUGENONO. merci. Ciao!

I have a bias for Nikki Beach. I’ve been coming here for years and the service/management has always been great. If you want to bring 20 bros in and not need to worry about unreasonably high table minimums Nikki is always a good time. They’ve recently changed management though and it’s gone way downhill. I’m sure it’ll be closing soon. It’s a shame though, the space is awesome. That being said, location is terrible for a club and the B&T filler crowd doesn’t help much either.

I recently came back from South Beach, so I’m comfortable saying that Nikki Beach Midtown is trying very hard to recreate the Miami vibe on the East Side. For the most part, they get it right. They create the illusion of Ocean Drive with the white furniture, indoor palm trees and high ceilings. The salsa and reggae music they play reminds you of a beach in the Caribbean. They even have salsa dance lessons. The service isn’t the best, but it isn’t the worst either. The parts of Miami that they leave out are for the best. Nikki Beach doesn’t go over the top with house music, the place isn’t overrun with GHI’s and the bartenders don’t tack on an automatic 18% tip like they do in SoBe. So if you want to get a little taste of Miami without the flight or the hassle, Nikki Beach is a good compromise. Have fun. G

Just another pretentious NYC club, thinking they are doing you a favor by letting you through their doors b/c they don’t really need anyone’s business to survive… whatever. I got thereby myself before 11 to meet my friend for her bday party, and the bouncer gave me a speech about any groups that come in will probably have to do bottle service… I didn’t understand why that had to be directed to me, b/c, like I said, I was by myself and not with a group. No coat check, despite there being a rainy night. Bought a drink — Kettle one and sprite — $ 14!!! Everyone starts dancing on a wooden table to Top 40s remixed with house beats. At this point,(12:30) cover charge is…$ 75!!! I think that covered a couple of drinks but are you serious? Definitely not going back there again. Not special or worth going to by any means. Too many better spots in NYC to go to than waste your time here. The Niki Beach in SOBE is much better btw!

(/)(|)(\) Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake Shake your booty(on top of the large table in nikki beach :-) Came here with two girls around 11:30ish and we didn’t have any issue getting in at all. I liked that there wasn’t a cover charge. The funny thing about this place is I was probably going to rate it 1 – 2 stars until the music picked up and the place drastically improved.(pro tip, don’t leave before 12:30ish) Décor is nice, there are palm trees and it’s basically a beach theme with a lot of white/cream colors. I thought it was a nice atmosphere and also liked the tall ceiling. Sound system is EXCELLENT. I didn’t eat here but whatever the people at the main table were eating smelled delicious. Drinks were on the pricey side. When the night started off here it was initially an FML moment. Between the blasé music and my friends talking to each other about coworkers I didnt know, watching paint dry might have been more exciting. No one was dancing and it was just boring to me(maybe its good if you just wanted to chat though?). All of a sudden, around 12 – 12:30ish the music improved a lot(mostly house and some pop, but all very danceable and upbeat). Before you knew it my friends were up on the table and then invited me up there and we had a blast. I was amazed at the transformation of no one dancing to everyone dancing. Other good things about in here is there are plenty of seats if you want to sit down without having to have a table. There could be more dancing room but the really large table in the middle actually provides a lot of room if you go on top of it. We left exhausted from dancing.

Review for the lounge: It’s nice inside, but to GET inside you probably want a vagina. Every time I come with just girls we walk straight in but this past time I came with a couple guys… We came for a party where there was a guestlist– no cover before 1130. My friends and I were one of the first in line at 11. THEYHELDTHELINEUNTIL1120! What a scam! THEN they decided to charge the guys $ 20 each. By this time, they were just like Ef it, let’s pay and get in. Man… it is ROUGH being a guy.(I still got in free for being a girl yippeeeee) Like I said before, it’s nice inside. The bartender does NOT skimp! One shot of patron= half a cup of patron, hells yeah!

I had a great experience here, people sigh at the thought of going to midtown, «there’s nothing there». This place is really solid! I though the music was great, the crowd was FULL of attractive girls, and there was a really good energy. Lots of fashiony type people, I likey. We were told a 40 dollar bar tab per person initially, but then the bouncer wanted a bride, so 9 of us(with 4 girls) gave him 5 bucks each and they dropped it… sketchy, yeah I think you could just SAY you’ll pay 40 and not. Or maybe the bouncer was just being a douche. The drinks were way expensive, 2 amaretto sours was 23 bucks, OUCHI

Sexy, sexy ah-ahh. This spot has M-A-zing décor. Carrie Bradshaw would definitely make an appearance here. Nikki Beach gives you a beachy feel which is so deceptive since its in midtown, but a fak-cation does everyone a little good. Happy Hour here is $ 8 which totally sucks. But the drinks are good. Especially the orange margarita. I went on a Thursday after work so the vibe wasn’t clubbish, but I spoke w/the bouncer(who was chocolaty and delicious) and he said that Friday and Saturday nights give a more club feel. Techno & House music, which after a few drink could start to sound good. The food here is asian/spanish tapas style. I chowed down on some polenta fries. Never associated polenta with fries, but I guess you can fry anything these days. They actually were quit good. Cheesy, crispy, and not overly greasy. I plan on coming back here on a warm summer night so I can get my «Sex and the City» on.

Ok, to be fair, I’d give it a 3.5 It’s a nice, trendy vibe inside but the front area didn’t exactly blow me away; the back room with the«runway»(aka long oak(?) table that everyone gets on to dance) looks much nicer. You can tell they were going for the beachy feel with the abundance of wood finishes, umbrellas, & white everywhere. To the left & right of the runway are tables. the right side is roped off. I believe there’s an upstairs? but we didn’t end up going there. The DJ was eh in the beginning. he didn’t play anything really danceable at first(we got there before midnight) & it didn’t get good until around midnight or a little after. Once it hit midnight, it was good times galore! Side note: I’ve read a few reviews online where they said that the bouncers were racist? No idea where that came from — all of the guys were sweethearts, especially Steve(Hi Steve! told you I’d shout you out!) & his buddy who personally looked out for my girl & I by keeping the creepers at bay the entire night. Nikki beach is a little pretentious at first, but it’s not so bad. I’ve been to worse. OH! &1) you can dance on the tables but apparently not on the couches. 2) no drinks in hand while dancing on tables. Just in case you were wondering. :)

Nikki beach, which is a well known club of south beach Miami, has opened up a location in Midtown, a great location for after work parties. It has a beautiful décor and atmosphere. They have great Happy hour deals on food and drinks, good place to go to after work and chill as well as a great place to party on the weekends. When you enter it has a classy lounge set up and a back room with great House DJ, has a huge table in the center of the room and other tables around it, which till 12 am is used for dinner reservations, and at 12am, the DJ starts spinning and the whole room is turned into a dance floor, with people dancing and going wild on top of the center table as well as the side table’s, has a VIP room upstairs, with cabana style tables, which mostly plays hip hop music and house. This place is great for all kinds of crowd, you want to lounge and chill the out side room is great, you want to dance on tables and go wild, go to the back room or upstairs. The best crowd I have seen in NYC so far. Getting inside the club– if you dont want to wait in lines try entering the place before midnight, or expect to wait in lines.

A few weeks ago I headed out on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend’s birthday party. At the club there were $ 18 drinks, flares, and snobbish bottle girls.. . Meatpacking, you ask? No! It was Nikki Beach which has an awkward midtown location and doesn’t live up to its own hype. The first thing I noticed was the club’s inefficient layout. There was a small bar/lounge area in the front half, and a lounge/restaurant area in the back half. The front section was MUCH too small to accommodate the large crowd. I hung out in the back and it was very strange; our large group was eating at this long table in the center of the room, while there were tables surrounding us receiving bottle service, and in the very back section of the room there was a «VIP» section. No offense, but I think a VIP section seemed out-of– place at this type of club. Overall, this club fails because it doesn’t have a strong identity. It tries to be upscale, but the service, food/drink quality, crowd, and music selection hold it back. The food service was slow, then tried to rush us with our meal because they wanted to open up the dance floor. The food quality itself was mediocre, and the drinks were more ice than alcohol. As for the music, I can’t even describe accurately what it was. It sounded like B-list 70’s to me. Furthermore, is Nikki Beach a club, bar, lounge, or restaurant? It tries to be all four things in one small space, and it leaves its customers confused in the process. To conclude, I was not impressed.

I want to give this place 3.5 stars… First of all, whoever has this place listed as a lounge is a maniac. I went ahead and changed it to Dance Club, which is far more appropriate. I came thru this spot on Friday night, and it was quite an interesting evening! So we showed up «with the band,» a little group by the name of ‘Lights Over Paris’. Having said that, it was still a bit of a hastle to get passed the door. The door guy asked us all for our IDs, then they had another guy stamping people’s wrists to get comped admission(I don’t know how much it costs to get in obviously, I think I’ve made it quite clear in my previous reviews i don’t do cover charges), which seems easy enough but then there was yet ANOTHER guy who was making sure the IDs were real? What was the job of the first guy scanning my ID then?! Oh well. We finally fly the door, and get inside. This place has a sweet décor, like real nice. First of all, if you’ve been to Nikki Beach in other places don’t come in here expecting this place to be like that, it’s the big city version of Nikki Beach. The tables/bar have a beachy feel, wood finish complete with sun umbrellas. All the staff are wearing white(except for the bouncers and waitresses i believe) like you’re at a beach place. There’s a huge runway that was completely full with dancing people. Surrounding this runway are tables as far as the eyes can see. Good sizes too. To your right as you walk in the dancefloor area are the roped off tables, and too your left are the ones that aren’t roped off. Down in the back is another roped off area. I’ve been told that particular part stays reserved for parties buying a 5 bottle minimum. Well excuseeee me… The DJ booth is off to the left of the runway, next to the roped off tables, and the DJ was doing a good job of playing techno. I’m not a big techno guy, but I would guess you would have to be to really enjoy this place. The vibe in the club is awesome though, everyone is there to party. There was no one in that place who wasn’t dancing or atleast trying to dance(it was really packed in there!). The violinist stood up on the table next to ours and played along to a song, I thought she was cool. I’ve noticed she’s gotten some mixed reviews on here. My only problem with the décor was the lack of light. There is literally only ONE club light on the whole main floor. So as nice as the place is, it’s kind of hard to see it! It’s a problem really that can be fixed by just putting up one extra light. Seems easy enough. It was really packed though, like REALLY packed. I can’t really talk about the drink prices but I would guess a nice club in midtown is gonna be expensive, which everyone else said was the case. What is really awesome though, is the upstairs lounge area. It is right off to the right as you walk in, just after the bar, just before you get to the main club part. Head up some stairs and you are in a much smaller area, but with room to dance as well. A nice sized table and a couple other smaller ones are there. And the upstairs part has it’s own DJ(who was spinning less techno and more 90s rap and stuff, that I like) and bar. So I would guess there would be no reason to go downstairs, that is unless the upstairs doesn’t have a bathroom, I wouldn’t know. Hopefully if I go back anytime soon I will get to chill upstairs, then I can update this thing. Maybe, if our table were upstairs, this place would be a solid 4 star joint, but right now it’s a 3.5…

This place pretty much sucks. They try to make you wait out front as long as possible(even in the cold) to build anticipation that there is actually something inside worth waiting for. The bouncers at the front here have an extremely inflated ego of themselves at their lounge. Overly expensive drinks, pretty crappy music, so-so crowd, too small a venue, ok décor. I only went here because of a friend and would never go back unless I had a real good reason to.

The décor is pretty cool. It’s a nice, comfortable place with ambiance. The bar was buzzing with people but not overly crowded. The prices on the other hand are quite high for what you get food wise. The $ 6 drink specials covered only a few choices — all of which were poor and included no wines or beer(except bud light). I had a chicken Caesar salad for $ 18 and it was ok at best. They also added full tip which was interesting given the service was super slow and not particularly pleasant. Their tapas bread and dip tray looked good but again for $ 18 it was quite small. There are a gzillion places in this neighborhood to choose from. Unless you are just stopping in to have a drink at the bar, I would not recommend eating here.

I think they mistakenly built Nikki Beach at the wrong place. This place should be at the Meatpacking District, really. NOT a fan of the crowd though I did like the space. Crowd was so weird. Boys with their hair gel, girls with they super straight or super fake-curled up hair and super short dresses and orange-style fake tan. Not my scene! And EXPENSIVE drinks! Though I guess that is to be expected. But the space is cool, people dancing on the huge table in the middle. If I’m going to go to a place like this though I’d rather actually be at the Meatpacking District cause at least then I’d expect it to be like this.

I’m not a big club person but I find Nikki to be overrated. The décor is nice but the drinks are way too expensive, the bartenders look like they’d rather be dead and barely even lift their heads let alone look at you so it takes forever to get a drink anyway. The DJ is annoying, playing 15 secs of one song before switching to another so you can’t really dance. I took a friend who was visiting on a Sat night and course I regretted it. The really long table that makes up the night club makes it really hard for those around it to dance at all. The crowd isn’t my crowd either.
