I really like this location! It’s more of a test lab than a superstore so if you are expecting Niketown you will be way disappointed! The staff are pretty friendly and helpful on most of the times I have been here. Also got an awesome pair of lime green chukka fly knits a while back. The place is small and intimate with a designer feeling atmosphere. There’s not loads to choose from as far as selection but what there is is pretty cool! The clothing is cool too. For any pure sneakerhead this is a great location to visit.

Everytime I have been to this store, it’s always a big disappointment. From the moment I walk in, I see way too many people on the sales floor socializing & potential customers looking for help. When you actually ask for help, the sales people are lifeless. I’ll assume that they don’t make commission bc they aren’t helpful at all.

Great place for sneaker heads. If you go, go with an open mind and know that you can’t go looking for a specific shoe. You can go to other nike stores or distributors for those. The staff was helpful and left me alone while I decided if I wanted the pair of one offs I ended up getting. Great experience and will definitely go back if ever in SOHO.

I went into 21 Mercer to buy a Nike Fuelband and overall everything was smooth. The associates were all pretty busy just as every popular sneaker store is. I was greeted when I came in. I looked around at the kicks for a minute then approached a woman by the register who was busy with someone else. She brought out the fuelband and told me someone else would ring me up. A tall man came out, answered a few questions I had and then charged me. Overall good experience no issues at all! Much better than other stores in soho.

boutique très chère, qui se veut branchée et hype, avec des éditions limitées, etc… faut pas y aller si vous avez peu d’argent, comme à peu près n’importe où dans soho

Very cool experience to design your own shoe. Worth getting an appointment and coming in to do it in person rather than on online. Studio has samples so you can see the materials that will be a part of your custom shoe.

Is this place even still opened?! I’ve called several times to set up an appointment for a group of people to go in and make shoes with no success. The first time, I was told the person who books the appointments is in a meeting and would need to call me back. No big deal right?! Wrong! No one ever called back. I’ve called them back several times only to get a the voicemail that is full and won’t take any messages. I know that Nike is not going to miss a beat without my business but this place is pretty poorly managed if you ask me! I’m heading to the Adidas store!

I was literally laughing my head off when I walked in this store. C’mon…~$ 140+ for a light-weight jacket?! I mean, it is iD. But there was terribly a limited amount of items for Women and they were not some good-looking clothing. I mean, I give it for the location and outlook of the store but the items are ridiculously overpriced.
