is a great site if you’re visiting NYC and want to see the best of the city — a Broadway show, a tour, some neat attractions — for cheap. They have different online guides for Broadway, TV shows, tours, et cetera, which you have to pay for, but they’re just a few dollars and will save you a bundle. I just bought 3 tickets to take my parents to see Mamma Mia and saved a total of $ 120(!!!) on the tickets by using the discount codes in nytix’s Broadway Discount Guide. I see a lot of Broadway shows, so the Broadway guide is worth its weight in gold for someone like me. For tourists, I’d probably recommend the $ 7 «All Guides» option because that includes the Broadway discounts, plus coupons for a bunch of sightseeing things, plus the TV Ticket Guide. The TV guide tells you how to get free tickets to see tapings of The View, Colbert Report, Letterman, Conan O’Brien, etc. Even a lot of locals don’t realize that you can see these shows for FREE, because they just don’t know how to get the tickets. But nytix’s TV Guide explains how to do it, including the best way to get standby tickets.
