I been inside this NY public facility and it has been updated and specified for the modern day, not like the lower Manhattan branches neat and more particular with programs and books variety on the lower east side, but efficient non thee less.
The atmosphere is moderate, not «Perfect» to speak of when it come the rush for kids to come inside the branch.
You can also hear the outside from the A and C train going uptown to 168^th street Audubon avenue to the car traffic when it is off speeding and slowing down for the mid afternoon time.
The employees have knowledge of the branches inquiries and the location, however the Washington Heights branch is not without limited supplies and resources to use for more details and history as well as manga books for teens and young adults.
