A year ago, I called this business at 9 in the morning after my computer had crashed, and their rep was able to troubleshoot for me over the phone, plus make a housecall.(It’s a New York City business.) Their service rep has gotten me out of a number of jams with my machine, has consulted with me for setting up «clouds» with my freelance co-workers, and even offered hints on web design. They’ve helped me set up free communications systems online and made me feel like I know something about Macintosh technology.
