My Wife and I recently got married in Connecticut and Nelson Cruz’s DJ Fredo was off the hook!!! From the start Nelson was responsive and answered all of me and my wife’s questions. He was very detailed and help us through scheduling and creating a run of show. Nelson turned our wedding into one of the most fun dance paries that my guests or I had ever attended. There was a nice mix of music played for both generations and a great time had by all. We also had Nelson himself MC and he was the perfect MC. I was complimented over an over about by people saying what an amazing DJ. Thanks you for being a part of an unforgettable event!

I saw this groupon and immediatly contacted him for my wedding date availibility, which was confirmed.
I was contacted after speaking with Mr. Nelson with an invoice in which I paid half the deposit then and the other half a week before my wedding date.
The photbooth attendant arrived on time and was attentative throughout the night with the booth, I also recieved an email about a week later with all of my pictures from the booth.
I think the way to go with this is to not buy through a groupon but work with him directly and work out the kinks along the way.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Purchased a groupon for a photo booth. Nelson was quick to reserve the date but would not provide any sort of contract. No basic contract from Nelson after MULTIPLE attempts to contact him. Fortunately, Groupon was able to provide a full refund after I reported the concern. If you purchased a Groupon, you should try to return it ASAP.

I recently purchased a groupon for a photo booth use from Nelson Cruz Entertainment. I confirmed availability and booked my wedding date prior to purchasing the groupon. The next day they called and said they made a mistake and would not be able to honor the date because they were already booked. They were very rude and offered little assistance in trying to remedy the situation. I am very disappointed!
