At first, this company seems like it will answer all your short term rental needs: professional website, 40% under market rates, airport transfer, weekly maid service! And then the deeper you dig, the more you realize that this is likely not a real company. There are no reviews of the company(or the partner companies listed) anywhere on the internet. The number listed was out of service for several days. When I did get through, it was a terrible delayed connection(three times the line was cut) with a gentleman who spoke hard to understand broken English — very unprofessional sounding. Although their site states they give tours, when I asked, I was told the apartment I was interested in was occupied. Fair. I said I would be happy to wait until it wasn’t at which point I was hung up on. There’s a lot of red flags here. Hope I’m wrong, but please make sure you physically check out the place and get some good references/reviews before wiring them a 40% non-refundable deposit(another red flag — they only accept bank transfers). Like they say, if it’s too good to be true… p. s. their site shows the london skyline, as a NY rental site, also a bit strange
