Out of the many options in Urbanspace, this one caught my attention. The staff is super attentive and I like the option of selecting whether or not you want to tip within your own discretion (They don’t see what you select). Also enjoyed the fact that although they messed up my order, I returned later to explain how I received the wrong entrée and they gave me a drink at no charge due to the mistake.
I got the shawarma chicken bowl and hummus with beef and they both tasted amazing. It is rare you get a hummus that isn’t so oily, yet this one was spot on.

love, love, love the shawarma pita. totally amazing and would recommend to anyone.
the one thing i don’t love is the almost-​assumed tipping system on their iPad. it’s like you have to opt out of tipping in the 20% range and it feels kind of odd to have it assume that you want to leave a fairly large tip on food you’re ordering/​picking up in-​line. it makes me feel uncomfortable every time because i can’t quickly navigate to something that seems more reasonable to me for the service provided — there’s always a line behind me, so i end up leaving a tip that doesn’t feel justified. it’s awkward enough/​makes my lunch expensive enough that it keeps me from going for lunch more often.
even so, the food is so good that i can’t help but to give it 5 stars.
