I’ve been getting my hair straightened here for four years now, and have been happy every time. My hair looks amazing, isn’t damaged by the process, and the ladies are so nice. Even better — Japanese straightening grows out(rather than washes out), so I only need to do it once a year.

I regret getting my hair cut. I wanted to have15 inches donated and she didn’t know what she was doing. Instead of snipping the ponytail that I specifically tied up for the occasion for the 15 inches, she immediately started cutting and piled the hair together before rubber banding it. She didn’t even look at the haircut I chose beforehand and have me this angled FOB cut that looks very wrong on me. Refused to change/fix it and claimed if I did, it would be a whole different haircut than the one that I have. Well, that was the point– I don’t want a haircut that I never wanted. In addition, i have bits of hair sprinkled all over my face

i stopped in here for a quick blow out after work. the first time they charged me $ 13 based on my hair length(window says $ 10+).the second time they charged me $ 25 since 2 of us came in. the ladies there are pretty nice, good at what they do but trust me they treat non-asians better than asians because there was nobody when i came in so they took their time rinsing my hair, but it started getting a bit busier real fast and they gave another girl who was not asian a back rub… while i was rushed to the seats to blow dry. WHERE’s my dam free back rub??? the washes were fine aut i hate places that dont treat customers with the same level of service and attention so needless to say i will not be coming back! i did check out their facebook page for a good old laugh because you would be wondering if the photos on facebook are rather suggestive, makes you second guess where you are getting your washes/cuts!
